Reports to: Michelle Howes, Owner of Thematic Visuals

Thematic Visuals is a boutique photography company specializing in capturing the essence of mindful brands through thoughtfully curated thematic photos. We work with luxury villa interiors, lifestyle services, and natural product brands that emphasize a warm, natural aesthetic and offer a premium experience.

Role Overview:

The Client Acquisition Assistant is a part-time role focused on identifying, sourcing, and engaging potential clients that align with our niche. This role is crucial in helping us grow our client base by targeting mindful brands in the hospitality and home decor industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing at least 20 new leads per week, initiating outreach via email sequences, and setting up meetings with Michelle Howes.

As the role progresses, there is the potential to expand into handling phone meetings to learn about each brand and effectively sell our services. A background in sales is a plus, but training will be provided. The ideal candidate should be a natural at building relationships and making brands feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and scrape potential client companies that align with our niche using Apollo and other lead generation tools.

  • Contact Sourcing: Source accurate contact information for key decision-makers within target companies.

  • Email Outreach: Craft and execute email sequences aimed at engaging potential clients and setting up phone meetings with Michelle.

  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule calls and meetings, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in 17hats.

  • Client Follow-Up: Respond to incoming emails, follow up on leads, and maintain ongoing communication with prospective clients.

  • Sales Expansion: As the role evolves, take over phone meetings to learn about each brand's needs and present Thematic Visuals' services as the solution.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring they feel understood, valued, and cared for.

  • Weekly Targets: Successfully source and reach out to a minimum of 50 quality leads per week.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition, preferably in the hospitality or home decor industries.

  • Sales Experience: A background in sales is a perk, but not required; training will be provided.

  • Software Proficiency: Strong experience using Apollo and 17hats.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Relationship Building: Natural ability to build and maintain relationships, making brands feel cared for and valued.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in sourcing and data entry.

  • Time Management: Ability to meet weekly lead generation targets within the allocated 5 hours per week.
